With the cold weather coming, what better time to learn how to keep your toes toasty? Learn how to make the Rye Light socks from Tin Can Knits’ Simple Collection. In this class we will learn how to cast on the cuff, turn heels, pick up a gusset and decrease for the toes. We will also discuss techniques to help fortify your socks for long-term wear.
- Download a copy of Tin Can Knits pattern Rye Light
- 400 yds of fingering weight yarn
- Size US1 & US2 DPNS OR corresponding 32″ circulars (should you want to do magic loop)
- Stitch markers
